Imaam reciting Surah Yaseen for the congregation on Shab-e-Baraat

Q: During Shab-e-Baraat day after maghrib Namaz people voluntarily without any special prior arrangements having been made do nafl Ibadat in the form of nafl namaaz and recitation of Quran in the form of Surah Yaseen. In such gatherings there happens to be some people who cannot read Quran on their own but they come to the with the desire and expectation to hear the Quran in the form of Surah Yaseen being recited by someone. In order to meet this desire of these people the Imam of the mosque recited the Surah in an audible tone to serve the purpose of these people. Neither the nafl namaaz is performed in Jamaat nor the recitation of Yaseen is recited in unison. So is there any thing wrong in this? Of course the Imam after the Fard Maqrib namaaz does remind the mussalees that it is Shab-e- Baraat night and they should busy themselves with more Ibadat in that night.

Issuing one Talaaq-e-baain after another talaaq-e-baain

Q: Following up an irrevocable (ba'in) divorce with another irrevocable (ba'in) divorce (al-ba'in la yalhaq al-ba'in):

For example the husband says to his wife: "I am leaving you, I am leaving you" (intending divorce with both statements) or he said: "I divorce you irrevocably, I divorce you irrevocably". In this case, only the first divorce will count and the second will be considered futile. Regardless of how many irrevocable divorces a man pronounces, only the first divorce is effected. The reason being is that the first divorce is irrevocable; hence, the marriage bond between the husband and wife has ended. As such, the second irrevocable divorce will not be able to attach itself on a relationship that has already come to an end. (Culled from Ibn Abidin's Radd al-Muhtar, 3/306-309)

Does this mean that if a husband utters an irrevocable divorce and the wife is still in her idda, then the second irrevocable divorce will still not count due to the nature of divorce? However, if a husband utters a revocable divorce after an irrevocable divorce, it will take into effect during the idda?

Dreaming of lions

Q: Since childhood I have always had a dream that lions are running after me and they would eat me but surprisingly I always manage to save myself. Earlier the location in the dream used to be our old ancestral house but this time it was a house somewhere in the hills. Would request if someone could let me know the meaning of the dream.

Dreams

Q: I have a friend who has had three dreams all the same other than the ending. She is with me in a hall surrounded with people all dressed like a wedding or something. She and I are in the middle when approached by a woman. Snakes come out of my sleeves and go around her. The first dream ends with the woman being angry. The second dream I kiss her, the woman is happy. Third dream the woman is smiling and saying get closer. Can you help please I need to know?

Breaking a promise which one made to Allah Ta'ala

Q: While I was suffering from a bad condition, I started seeking forgiveness (saying استغفرالله) and I asked Allah to remove the bad condtion of mine, and in my heart I promised Allah to do specific religous deeds when the bad condition is removed (as I thought the bad condition is fom my bad deeds). Is this promise regarded as an عهد or نذر? Can I pay kaffarah and abondon doing according to my promise, as it is very difficult for me to do what I promised? If I neglect my promise, would it be like this aayat:
