Gatherings wherein sin openly takes place

Q: I am a fellow muslim teenager here in Toronto, Canada. The problem is that a lot of pious and loving friends that I have (majority of them being Muslim) are starting to party for no various reasons and now they want to do it more! It is a shame because a lot of muslims I know, and it's tough to look at, have become one of these people. Recently, some students in my school just had a party exclusively for Grade 10 students. This party was without any adult authority from my school and before I knew it, some people actually turned to haram and drank alcohol and did drugs just like that. Even I got invited, but I just knew that this would happen. And if I were to ask anyone who went there that night, a majority of them would say, "They had fun." Now, one of my lifetime goals and lifetime deeds was to help people stay on the path to heaven within Allah Subhanawatua'la, I could see this as a test and opportunity to build up on my good deeds by the will of Allah. As a bystander of all this partying and what not, what would you do to encourage students to stay on the path to Jannah and what do you think of this in general?

Jumuah Salaah in other places besides a Musjid

Q: Bahishti Zewar chapter about the Jumu’ah and Eid Salaah: "To offer jumu'ah salaat openly and with full permission. It will not be permissible to offer jumu'ah salaat in any private and secluded place. If jumu'ah salaat is offered at such a place where the general public is not allowed to come or the doors of the musjid are closed at the time of jumu'ah, the salaat will not be valid."

Can we offer the jumuah salaat in a place other than a musjid?

Remaining silent during Salaah for such a period where one can recite three "Subhan Allah"

Q: In the Hanafi madhab, if you remain silent (during prayer) for a time period where one can recite "Subhan Allah" 3 times, then it becomes waajib for the person to perform Sajdah Sahw. If, however, the individual did not perform Sajdah Sahw, does he then have to repeat his prayer? What if, in the past, the person did not pay attention to this fact during his prayer, and he now has several prayers where he was required to perform Sajdah Sahw, but he did not do so. Does he have to repeat all those prayers?
