Q: In the third and/or fourth rakaat of a faraz namaaz, or in the third raakat of Magreb, after surah Faatiah, one inadvertently recites tasmiyah and is about to recite a surah but realises one’s error and goes into ruku. Is Sajdah - e - Sahw necessary?

Q: I saw a dream in which I saw a very huge building which is new to me and I am among some people whom I know and some I don't.
