Q: My sister is not a needy but can I give zakat to my sister?

Q: I have been practising mixed martial arts for self defence reasons, but I wonder if it's a good idea to be entered into a mixed Martial arts competition, such as the UFC and to compete and to prove Muslims are not people who can be just pushed over. Q: I have a savings account with a bank and want to know what I should do with the interest that the bank pays me. I do not want to use it as it is haraam. Should I donate this money to my local Musjid?
