Q: If a woman is given one divorce, is it permissible for her to continue living in the same house as her husband? Also, if they realize that the divorce was given in haste and they want to reconcile, do they have to make nikaah again?

Q: Can you please clarify the following. If some one did not fast at all in ramdhan without any valid reason, do they have to give kaffara for all the fasts, which would be 60x30(1800 rozas), which means they have to fast continuesly for at least 5 years? If they did that for five Ramdhans that means they have to fast for at least 25 years nonstop. How is it possible for anyone to be able to do that or even feed that many poor people? I am asking this because in my teenage years, after becoming baligh, I did not fast. I am very ashamed of that and I am now doing all the qazas of those years and I have nearly completed all my fasts. But I'm very worried about the kaffara, because I know I will never be able to fast nonstop for 25 years nor will I be able to feed so many poor people. I will however, be able to give 1.5kg wheat for each fast or equal amount of money. So is it possible for me to do that? Please give clear answer.

Q: My mother bought a property with a share from her brother the price of the property has doubled and now I want to sell the property. Should I give him the same amount of money he invested at the time or do I give him profit because the price of the house has doubled?

Q: At our madrasah in Kenya, we recieve different items as zakat and other as donation from individuals and other sources. Can we sell these items in our madrasa premises at reduced prices and utilize the proceeds from the sale for the madrasah? At times the items recieved cannot be distributed equally among the students.

Q: In my area the Shariah is not applied to its extent. My question is regarding marriage. There are many so called Muslims getting married according to the customs of this area which is not in compliance wih Shariah. People roam freely to choose and meet there life partners instead of the Shariah compliant way. Will these marriages be cosidered as Legal according Shariah?
