Esha time in Chicago

Q: What is the mas'alah regarding Isha Salaah in the city of Chicago U.S.A. According to the Salaah timings calendar there are 2 timings for Isha Salaah i.e. Isha 1 & Isha 2 (the time difference between them is about 30 mins). Isha 1 corresponds to the disappearance of shafaq-Ahmar (15 degrees) and Isha 2 corresponds to the disappearance of shafaq-abyadh (18 degrees). At the moment the masaajids mostly follow Isha 2 due to "ihtiyaat". But the place where I will be performing taraweeh, if we follow Isha 2 then we will be finishing our taraaweeh around midnight (due to Isha 2 starting around 10:40pm). It will be quite difficult for the musallees due to sehri ending around 3:15am. The person in charge left it up to me to decide whether to follow Isha 1 or  Isha 2, but they will be pleased  if I follow Isha 1. What is the best thing for me to do?

Ladies talim

Q: Alhamdulillah we have ladies weekly talim in our area. The talim has been going on for approximately 15 years. Up until recent years there was no particular speaker who did the six points, some of the ladies took turns to do the six points. A few years ago a female who often goes out in jamaat moved into the area and she now does the six points every week. When I had talim at my home recently I called an Apa (the Apa is an Aalima) who conducts the talim in her area to be the speaker for that week. The lady who usually conducts our talim looked a little upset. Sometime before another resident wanted to call a prominent Apa to be the guest speaker however the lady who does our talim said that not just anybody may speak. I would like to call another Apa who conducts talim in various areas to be the guest speaker at my home. I do not want to offend our lady. Is her behaviour correct? What are the rules regarding who may do the six points?

Some days my flow is much heavier and some days its just a little, how does this affect my fasts? Please clarify the rules for salaah and reading Quraan as well?

Talaaq in anger

Q: A few days ago during a fight between my husband and myself, my husband said in extreme temper or rage “OK bring your relative I will finish this relation”. I said “no one can do this only we can. Give me divorce. He only said “I give you”, but did not use the word talaaq or divorce. After this we apologized to each other. I said to my husband you have given me 1 divorce. He said it does not count in divorce because he showed me a hadith in ighlaaq or extreme temper divorce will not count.
