Q: How must the saffs of women be if the room is small? Can men muqtadis (more than one) read 1 foot behind the Imaam on right and ladies one saff behind?

Q: I am a woman 29 years old I am married for the past 5 years and have a 4 year old daughter. For the last 4 years i was in dehli India with my in laws and my husband was in USA. He visited us twice in that time for 2-3 months now I got my immigration and is living with him for the past 8 months. He has changed a lot he demands me to go back and live my in laws in india my father in law is not alone there I have two brother in laws with their wives and children living with him and my 3 sister in laws are also married and have children but he want to please is family by sending me and my daughter back so he can prove to his family that he is a sincere son and loves them more and is sacrificing his life to make them happy as they also want him to send us back. When i protested he started ignoring me he even said that he don't want anymore children as I have to go back to india and he will live and earn in the US and i can't take care of 2 kids at a time. We have no physical relationship also for the past 3 months he doesn't even touch me or look at me and sleeps in a different room. My question is that can a husband do that to his wife? Can he force her to live with his family? Does he have all the rights to make decisions alone to have kids or not or to love a wife or not? What should a wife do? Can she demand him to keep her and their daughter with him or she is obliged to go back and serve his family for the rest of her life?

Q: I live 10 minutes from a mosque and because of this distance I spend almost 2 hours every day walking to and from the mosque to the five daily prayers.  I am I student and need as much time as possible for my studies. Would it be permissable for me, in order to save time, to attend only Fajr and Isha in the mosque (because of the big virtue of praying these prayers in the mosque) and pray the rest of the prayers alone at home?

Q: If the second wife gives up her nights and accepts less financial support as she is by the means to. She has verbally stated this to her husband. She is happy to be in the protection of marriage and her husband is very good to her. Is the husband committing a wrong because he is not equal?

Q: We are four brothers and three sisters of whom one sister is unmarried. One of our brothers was working abroad. He died 2 years ago and left behind one widow and a son of about eight years. Our parents have already died. We have distributed the rest of the property of our deceased brother. But now we have received the salary arrears and other benefits of our deceased brother in cash. I want to ask that how this cash amount will be distributed. The rest of my brothers are of the opinion that as they sponsored all the expenses of sending our brother abroad so they are entitled to receive all the cash.

Q: I made a vow that if I commit a certain sin I will fast for 3 consecutive days. Unfortunately I fell in to this sin many times after so I have 27 fasts to keep. If I fast with the intention of these fasts on days that are virtuous to fast like the first 9 days of Zul HIjjah, 13 14 15 of each month will I receive the thawaab that comes with normally fasting on these days or will only my vow be carried out?
