Accountability due to being affected by wasaawis
Q: If I term something as a waswasa, and I never get to know that this is a waswasa or not e.g. my wudhu did actually break but I never get to know of this. Will I be accountable for this?

Q:
1) When I gave my zakaat, I gave it with the intention of zakaat and of a worldly benefit e.g. increase in wealth. If my intention was not to please Allah or to attain anything in the hereafter, will it be valid?
Q: Please advise if Zakaah is payable on a Provident Fund.
Q: Should one cover one's head when entering the toilet?
Q: Is it permissible for a person to stand alone in a saff in Jamaat salaah? If not, then what should the person do in this situation?
Q: My family members and I have always (since I have had to pay, i.e. 7 years) been paying zakaat in Ramadhaan, although we are suppose to pay our zakaat in other months. We have also been calculating zakaat in Ramadhaan. What do I do to rectify the situation?
Q: Can I buy food / groceries for somebody with the intention of Zakaat?
Q: Is zakaat payable on Intercompany Loans? Company X and Y are owned by Mr. A. Company X lends Y R250 000 as demonstrated on the balance sheet. The loan is a general loan with no specific purpose. The loan is an Asset to X and a liability to Y. Will Company X pay Zakaat on the loan receivable from Y? Will Y subtract the loan in its zakaat calculation?
Q: My question is that does the business subtract Long term Liabilities when doing the zakaat calculation e.g. a loan of R2 million financed through the bank to purchase fixed assets and property.
Q: I have been told that it is possible for us to form a Family Foundation, register it as a donor organization with the Receiver of Revenue for tax deductions for donations. As the taxes we pay are used in un-Islamic ways by the Govt., e.g., abortions, corruption, mismanagement of funds, etc, it is better for us to pay as little tax as possible. Since the donations made by the Foundation are tax deductible, it is a way in which Muslims can minimize their tax burden in a legal way when Zakaat is paid.
