Choosing between two different answers of two Muftis
Q: What should a person do if he gets 2 different answers from different scholars of the same Hanafi fiqh? Will there be an issue if he ignores one?

Q:
1. If an autistic baaligh child does not know the value of wealth, will her wealth be like the wealth of a non-baligh orphan? Meaning that her wealth would be given to her guardians to use only in the interests of the child.
2. I have an autistic relative. I have some of her wealth in my possession for safe-keeping as I fear that if I give it to her parents, they may misuse it. Meaning that they may use it for their other children also (not only in the interests of the autistic child). What should I do with that wealth?
3. If I have that wealth in my possession for safe-keeping, and someone (non-baligh) uses it without my knowledge, would I have to pay back any amount to the autistic child?
Q: As the month of Ramadhaan approaches, I would like to ask the following:
1. If a person goes to sleep and upon waking up for sehri, he notices he is in need for a compulsory ghusal due to a dream he had. Can that person eat sehri, START HIS FAST and thereafter have a ghusal before fajr?
2. Or should he have a ghusal before sehri? (What if there is a fear of missing sehri?)
3. If a person does have a ghusal AFTER sehri before fajr, ONCE HE STARTED HIS FAST, will his fast be accepted/valid?
Q: "Is astrological study forbidden for us." I mean can we study it just to gain some new knowledge, not meant to use it for fortune telling... Just for getting knowledge about the effect of heavenly bodies on our natural behaviour.
Q: I have read somewhere that it is makrooh to pray near impurities. Is it makrooh if one prays in a room that has a toilet attached to it?
Q: I have read somewhere (I think it was Baheshti Zewar) that it is makrooh to pray in a place where one would get distracted. What is meant by being 'distracted' in this ruling?
Q: A person is in the habit of reading nafl salaahs. If that person has limited time (e.g. he is running late) should he hastily read his nawaafil (though the namaaz is done) or should he leave it out?
Q: I had a few qaza salaah that I needed to pray and I prayed them without specifying if it was Asr/Zuhr/Esha, since I had just written it down as 4 rakaat qaza.
Now I'm feeling extremely anxious because of waswasa that all my prayers were not valid. If they were not valid how can I repeat them if I don't know which time's prayer they were?
Q: My relative works in a IT company owned and run by a Muslim in America, and has an office in Pakistan. It has a major website selling apparel and bags. In this site, they are also specifically selling wine glasses and promoting it as for drinking wine. Is it permissible for him to work in this company?
Q: Will a woman be allowed to wear a long dress or long skirt to read salaah?
