Q: Kindly explain the difference between “debts owed to a person and monies loaned to people”.
As I understand, zakaat on the loan will be paid by the one who has given the loan and not by the one who receives the loan.

1. Regarding any nafl salaah, I would like to know if it is permissible to read the qiraat aloud, for purposes of dhor?
2. If it is, should one perform the salaah as though leading a jamaat, i.e. say takbeer for postures aloud, etc.
3. Do the same rules above apply for qadha salaah as well?
4. What are the rules for performing nafl salaah in jamaat, e.g. with one's spouse or household?

Q: I am a policeman from India. In every police station there is extra income besides the salary. I do not do any corruption to earn this type of money but in the police station the administrative police staff give extra money to us without any demand or request. Is this type of money haraam or halaal for us?

Q: During wudhu, is it necessary to put water in the nose piercing (hole), and then twisting the nose stud? Or when one washes the face 3 times is this sufficient. I usually drip water on my piercing and twist the stud but sometimes I forget to do this and get worried in case my wudhu was not valid and if wudhu was not valid then the salah was also invalid.
Q: I would like to know what Islam says about "good" people from other religions? How will they be questioned on the Day of Judgement? Are they expected to have completed the same duties as Muslims?
