Q: After relations with ones wife, if one intends to sleep without ghusl, the hadith mentions making wudhu. Is this classified as a sunnat?

Q: My husband divorced me once over the phone but made ruju. Later on we had many fights. I asked him for divorce or to end the marriage and he said "ho gayi" meaning it's done, along with many other words that I don't remember. This was in person.

Then at another time after more fights, I asked him to end this and he said, "Samjho ho gayi or ho chuki" meaning consider it done. I wanted him to text me the word talaq but he said I'll send the papers in mail. I gave him the address because he asked. But he couldn't go through with it. Later on, he said since he didn't use the word divorce, it probably didn't occur. 

Q: Allah has a form, we don’t know how it is but in a Hadith in Bukhari Shareef (7437), it says that Allah will first come to believers in one shape then in a different shape.

My question is, does Allah’s Being changes shapes? Please expain the Hadith.

Q: There is a small supermarket around the corner from where I live. When we need anything, we phone them and they deliver it to us. They send the bill to us for the entire month’s groceries at the end of the month. What is the law of Shari’ah regarding this type of sale?

Q: I bought a plot of land with terms of 18 months, but due to some reason, I could not pay the full amount on time. The seller is now saying that since I did not pay him the full amount within the time period, he will cancel the deal, unless I pay him an additional amount. Does he have the right to do this?
