Dental implants made from dried freezed bone

Q: Could you kindly advise regarding the dental use of dried freezed bone.

The bone is derived from a bone bank based in Cape Town. According to the bone bank, bone is derived from people who donate their bodies to science. The bone is then vigorously sterilized under UV light and crushed to form granules. When a surgeon is placing dental implants, any bone defects around the implants are filled with the granules and the patients blood. The granules act as a scaffold for the patient’s own bone to regrow.

Once the patient's own bone has grown the granules get replaced with the patients bone. There is a synthetic bone but the results are not predictable. Animal bone results are worst. Dental implants serve both function and aesthetics.

Muzaara'ah partnership

Q: Zaid and John entered into a muzaara'ah partnership. Zaid will provide the land and seeds and John will do the planting, etc.

They have agreed that they both will have 50% ownership in the crop. They also agreed that John will then handle the sale of the crop, and they will then divide what is earned between them 50% each.

Is this partnership valid? Can John be made a wakeel to purchase seedlings as well? If the above partnership was incorrect, how should it be redone, as there are already seeds planted.

Please advise.

Trimming the hair that exceeds the hairline

Q: When growing long hair, is it correct to trim the hair that exceeds the hairline, such as:

1. The hair around the ears, which covers the ears when the hair is combed downwards and curls up when the hair is combed backwards, is it correct to trim this hair by using a scissors or a machine around the ear?

2. The hair which exceeds the hairline at the back of the head, is it correct to trim this hair to the level of the hairline at the back?

3. The hair that exceeds the hairline on the sides of the back of the head, is it correct to pull these hairs to one side with a comb, and trim off whatever exceeds the hairline?

4. The hair of the sideburns from the top of the ear till the middle of the ear, if the sideburns become too long and look untidy?
