Wali of a girl whose father does not want to be present for the nikaah

Q: I was divorced 20 years back and I have 2 daughters from my first marriage. My parents brought them up without any help from my ex husband.

After divorce, he got married and I also got married. Now my first daughter is getting married. For some time my ex husband is contact with my daughters so she asked her father to be her wali in her marriage but he refused all of sudden.

My father, their maternal grandfather (nana) became her wali from the age of 2 since he only taking care of her.

My question is whether my daughter's marriage is valid or not?

Woman experiencing bleeding within 15 days after haidh

Q: Mufti Saheb is this correct:

1. A female bled for seven days. Her habit is usually 9 days. She again bleeds within fifteen days. She will count nine days as haidh from the first day of bleeding.

2. If she bleeds for one or two days, and then bleeds again AFTER ten clean days have passed (from the first day of bleeding) when must she count haidh from? (Will eight days be counted as haidh from the first bleeding day and the second actual bleeding will be istihaadha?

3. Will it change if she bleeds after staying clean for fifteen days?)

Doctor logo ko zakaat de kar phir fees lena

Q: Me ek trust me kaam karta hu jaha logon ki ankho ka muft elaj kiya jata hu. Hum logo se zakat k paise lete he aur un ko jaise logo pe hi lagate he jo zakat deserving hote he. Ab masla ye he ke hamare seniors ne new rule nikala he. Wo kehte he ke hum log direct zakat ke paise le kar elaj kar dete he jo ke Islam me munasib nahi he. Kehte he ke ab jisko bhi zakat ke paise se elaj hoga usko zakat ke paise pehle hath me lazmi dena chahiye tha ke us ke hath tak zakat pohanch jaye. Aap please ye confirm kar de ke aisi baat Islam me he ya nahi?

Paying per hour and changing work hours

Q: We at a school employ teachers who are paid per hour. Working hours are fixed by the administration. Can their working hours be reduced in the next year without their consent. E.g. a teacher started work in 2018 and he was given 4 hrs teaching. 50 rands a hour (2hrs in the morning and 2 hrs in the afternoon.

1. In 2019 can we reduce his working hrs to 3hrs a day without his consent. In other words his work and salary will be reduced.

2. Can we impose on him to teach more hrs e.g. 5 hrs and pay him accordingly.
