Q: Please guide me. I am very distressed. A long time ago about 9 years in 2010 when I was about 23 years old and didn’t know about hurmmat e musaherah. One evening I was masturbating and accidently imagined my uncle's wife (chachi). After two three days they came to our home from village as in our society when I saw them coming from village as a guest I became forward and shook hands with my uncle's wife. As the incident of masturbation occurred a day before, there was a thought in my mind that I masturbated with this (chachi) although I am not sure whether there was a lust or erection or desire or casual hand shake. I didn’t know exactly what happened as it was a long time ago. Now I love my cousin my uncle's daughter very much and want to marry her but there I have a waswasa whether I can marry her or not? I love my cousin. Please guide me, can I make nikaah with her or not?

Q: I wanted to ask I had a wet dream, did sex and released mani also but I performed only one ghusl of janaabah. Is my ghusal valid or should I do for each case differently?

Q: What is the cure for loneliness when there are no people of good company nearby? The Tabligh Jamaat here talk casually in the Masjid and during Azaan, which is something I want to avoid.

Q: I was legitimately claiming help with medical costs from the UK government for years. They assess whether you are eligible, by asking for details about your income and savings. Then in 2017 my father deposited some money in my account, and told me it is for his future investment. It wasn't my savings. In order to cover up this money, I lied when asked about my savings. I received help as usual, for two years in which I told untruths to the government. Now Allah has shown me the error of my ways. I understand lying is deplorable and I am feeling full guilt for claiming in an unlawful way. It does say that claiming wrongly can earn a penalty, so i fear that my lies mean I owe them money. Rest assured, however, I was still eligible for help with costs as my real circumstances hadn't changed. My question is: do I have to pay back the medical costs? I don't have the money to pay all of those costs I claimed help with. Yet I'm afraid this counts as debt and I won't get into jannah.

Q: I was leading salaah with one muqtadi, who was standing 1 foot behind me, when a second muqtadi joined the prayer. However, the muqtadis did not move back 1 saff, so I dragged my feet and moved 1 saff forward. However, I dragged my feet 4 times to reach my place.

1. Is the salaah valid?

2. Is it necessary for the imaam to move forward if the muqtadis don't move back?

3. Is it necessary for the muqtadis to move behind?

Q: I got pregnant one month before my marriage and after 8 months I gave birth to a baby girl? Is she halaal or haraam?

Q: If a person is not talking to another Muslim then their repentence is not accepted. If this is true and a Muslim isn't speaking to another because he insulted him or a loved one and hence isn't talking, and repents to Allah for his past sins, his repentence and sins won't be forgiven by Allah because he isn't speaking to a Muslim?

If that is the case then how can one get their sins forgiven. Everyone has atleast someone they don't speak to because of something they said or did.

What if the Muslim he isn't talking to lives far away and he repents to Allah for  sins, will his repentence not be valid?

Is it true that Allah won't accept someone's repentence because they aren't speaking to another Muslim?

Q:

1. Could you please tell me what to do when I come across a situation where I have to relieve myself (in the bathroom) at that time of salaah (especially fajr and magrib). Should I control myself and make wudhu and go to the masjid for salah or should I go to the bathroom and then go to the masjid and read salah without jamat?

2. What are the situations in which delaying salah is permissible, because when it comes to salah and I have a situation like that, then I get tensed and get a headache and my heart starts beating fast. 

Q: I have 5 acres of inherited land and 7 acres of my personal purchased land. I want to deprive my daughters from my personal purchased land. My said action is legitimated or not according to Quran and sunnah? 

Q:

1. As a youth, someone made an oath to not do something and they did it, they then fasted 3 days to expiate the oath (as they were unable to do anything else). Later that person apostatised from Islam but came back to the Deen. Do they have to redo the expiation for the oath broken? No oath was made since that time. 

2. Also, in terms of salah missed, are salahs missed over years must be made up by someone who Apostatised but later came back to the Deen?
