Q: Should I perform my sunnat muakkadah and wajib with qasr salaah while I am travelling or not?

Q: What is the shar’ee ruling regarding inheritance between Muslims and non-Muslims? In other words, is it permissible for Muslims to inherit from non-Muslims and vice-versa? Similarly, will there be any difference in the ruling in a Muslim country and a non-Muslim country? Lately, I was informed by a friend that the law of Muslims and non-Muslims not inheriting from each other only applies in a Muslim country. My friend says that as far as a non-Muslim country is concerned, Muslims will inherit from non-Muslims but non-Muslims will not inherit from Muslims. Is this mas’alah correct? My friend had given some reference of a statement of Moulana Ashraf Ali Thaanwi (rahmatullahi alayh) mentioned in Imdaadul Ahkaam. Is this correct, that Hazrat Moulana Ashraf Ali Thaanwi (rahmatullahi alayh) had mentioned that Muslims residing in a non-Muslim country will inherit from the non-Muslims?

Q: Is is permissible to discharge zakaat of gold and money before one's particular discharging zakat date?

Q: I have to pay zakat for the previous year on some date in January and sometime ago I lost some of my gold. They were misplaced and one top went into the gutter. So do I need to pay zakat of the prev year on january for the misplaced items and what about the one which is gone into the gutter?

Q: My sister married a boy who converted to Islam. Soon after the marriage he again converted to Hinduism. The boy left her and went away without giving her a talaaq. She had not informed her family about the marriage. Her parents got her married to someone else who gave her talaaq within 2 months of their marriage. The Hindu boy then suddenly called her and gave her a talaaq. Can she now get married to someone?

Q: A person makes wudhu and then washes their feet by scooping water from a bucket and pouring the water over their feet in the same bucket of water. The bucket does not contain so much water. The person makes about 3 wudhus like this and then changes the water in the bucket. Is the washing of the feet valid in the second and third wudhu as the water could be used water?

Q: What is the ruling for the following:

1. If someone cooked veges without washing them (veges might have some dirt like on it) and eatimg them, would this be halal?

2. If someone does not wash the cooking utensils and cooks in this way, would consuming the food prepared in those unwashed utensils be halal?

3. If roti is prepared on a 'tawa' which releases some of its black particles, when roti is heated over it, the black particles stick on the roti, will consuming the roti with those tawa black particles halal?

Mujhay kisi nay kha hai kay yei hadees mauzu yani man gharak hai kya waqai aisi koi hadees hai agar nahi to phir is kitab may jo hadees likhi hai to kya is kay khilaf hmain book auditor ko feedback dena chahyei ta kay is ko nisaab say nikala jaye? 

Q: If a man gave talaq to his wife and they reconcile during the iddah period, does the talaq fall away? I was told by one Moulana that if they reconcile during the iddah period, the talaq falls away. Its called extreme compassion from shariah.

Q: I prayed my salah and after I came to the washroom I found a drop of urine to the size of an ant, so I just soaked my hand with water and rubbed it gently, and did not squeeze it, and the stain was gone too. Please tell me whether I am tahir or najis?
