Q:

1. If Asr salaah is prayed in a makrooh time, can the four rakaat sunnah be prayed before the fardh?

2. The makrooh time, I understand starts 20 minutes before Maghrib. Is it right?

Q: I am about to get married. My father, his elder brother, his elder sister and her husband are going to the bride’s house to see the bride and discuss the marriage. Q: Who makes decisions for a child after the age of 13/14? If it is the child who makes the decision, then what will happen to the parents if they forcefully make the child do otherwise and likewise if the parents make the decisions and the child does not obey?

Q: I have been married for a few years, initially I stayed in a flat which belonged to me but after sometime my father in-law bought us a house. The house is owned by my wife. In regard to maintenance of the home, as the husband of the house, to what extent must I be responsible for the maintenance and expenditure on the building?

Q: I would like to clarify Mufti Sahebs opinion on girls attending universities and going a step further and encouraging them to do so.
