Nikaah in the presence of two witnesses

Q: I am a divorced/single parent of one child. I have met someone in a halaal way and told that person I wanted to get married as soon as possible as I didn't want to commit zina. A few days ago we went to I think it was the Hanafi masjid and did our nikaah. The problem is I didn't as my wali which is my dad to stand up as my wali because I knew that he would want me to do nikkah in the way I wanted. So the Imman in the masjid stood as a wali for me. Now the problem is my husband looked into and phoned around to ask about this. Most of the place is saying it's invalid. Which is a big problem. So I've told my dad that I met someone and want to do nikkah but his telling me to think about it before I do it so told again I want to do nikaah as soon as possible but his telling me now he needs to think and tell me. I asked him why the need to make me wait he told me that I need to listen to him. My parents are divorced also on my mum side they do not practise Islam so I am waiting for my father now to tell me if he will be my wali or not. I really need some advice on this Insha Allah as now I'm missing the person I thought I was married to and also I live in a non Islamic house with my son. The person I want to be with is a practising Muslim and so am I. We pray five times Alhumdulilah and try our best when it comes to our Deen.

Tawaaf-e-wida

Q: Due to unavoidable circumstance, can one perform Tawaaf-e-Wida in Haj after Tawaf-e-Ziyrah during the days of Qurbani? Example on the 12th Zil Haj morning though Rami of 12th Zil Haj is to be completed.

Irregular bleeding

Q: I wanted to ask if a girl sees spotting (only twice) for 1 to 2 days (on days when periods are supposed to happen but miss the start date) and yellow discharge which is not followed by bleeding or brown or yellow discharge anymore, in fact feels like a little whitish transparent but no more brown or yellow and there is no spotting and the tissue comes out clean every time too. And she on the night of the 2nd day takes pills for them to come. These pills basically make sure that periods will start, the days for them to start is 3 to 6 days after the pills. What should the girl do in terms of ghusal and namaaz? This happens every 3 to 4 months at times every 6 months. I've read that the minimum period days are 3 days and 3 nights. Since I didn't get them for this duration what am I supposed to do now? Should I take ghusal and start praying because periods will only start after the third day of pills. The days can go upto 6 and at times 15 too. I'm not even sure if I saw blood on the first day but I definitely saw a spot of red on the 2nd day (don't remember whether it was the night of the 1st day or morning of the 2nd day). I need help in this matter. Kindly give a detailed answer.

b) If a male staff member accompanies me?

3. In my office there is a like window separating two section, the section is regarded as the buyers office and my office is regarded as the computer room, May Allah make my magfirtat we have 3 males and one female sometimes the other 2 males go out, is it permissible if someone is still in the buyers office or is it necessary for me to leave the office till they return, are the offices regarded as one since there is no door or hindrance to go from the buyers office to the computer room?

The law of a ma'zoor

Q: I had a problem with urine drops for a few years. Drops would come out for 15 minutes after urinating. A few months ago, it became worse. The drops continue for 15 minutes but when I go to the toilet for istija I urinate again. Many a time, an entire salaah time passes like this. However, at times, an entire Salaah time (like Maghrib) will pass without me urinating a second time, even though the drops continue for 15 minutes. I then experience the 'second urination' in the next Salaah time. Could Mufti saheb please clarify for me what is my condition and if i remain ma'zoor all the time or not?

Doubts regarding ghusal

Q: After spending time with my husband and a fard ghusal is necessary I will urinate and then take a bath. Usually always semen will come out while I am bathing too. Nowadays to waswasa I have bad thoughts while bathing and than of course I try to push it away and then I see seman coming out. I know the semen is because I have spent time with my husband and not because of the thoughts so sometimes I'll just finish the ghusal but will feel guilty the whole day until I make a new ghusal. What should I do?

Irregular bleeding

Q: A woman started her haiz on the 19/07 at 1:20pm and had a ghusl on the 26/07 at 4:00pm (Normal habit is about 7 days). After that she experienced normal clear discharge on the days that followed. (She normally has a continuous clear discharge out of haiz). However, she noticed a small streak of blood in the clear discharge on the 28/07 at 1:30pm and again on the 29/07 at 5:20 am and at 10:40 pm. Kindly explain which days are counted as haiz and which are not.
