How will one called on the day of Qiyamah?

Q: When we ask ulama the following question: "How will be called on the day of Qiyamah?" In the reply, there may be any of three answers:

  1. By mother's name [as mostly people say].
  2. By father's name except Hadhrat 'Isa (alaihis salaam). [I read it in Ahsanul Fataawa vol. 9 Pg.29]
  3. Some people will be called by their mothers' name and some will be called by fathers' name. [An Alim told me it is written in the footnotes of Abu Dawood 320]

Please tell me the most correct opinion on this subject matter.

I'tikaaf in Musjidun Nabawi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)

Q: My question is regarding this year ramadaan. I intend on spending the sunnah ithikaaf in musjid un nabawi (17th-27th July - According to the saudi calendar). I would like to know if my ithikaaf would be valid if I leave on the eve of eid from Madinah and arrive in South Africa on the 28th, just to find that South Africa would be fasting on the 28th and celebrating eid on the 29th.What should I do in this regard? From calculations, its seems that the above scenario is most likely to occur?

Waswasas regarding Talaaq

Q: My husband suffers from severe waswasas. We are newly married and both of us are extremely in love and happy with each other. However due to his waswasa problem he keeps on getting thoughts in his mind to say the words of divorce. This condition has become so severe that he cries continuously for hours because he is scared that he is going to loose me. Thus we have consulted with an Aalim an marriage councillor and he has told my husband to make a shart that divorce will only take place after consultation with an Aalim and when another Aalim is a witness(to combat the waswasa) so now we would like to know if due to waswasa he says the words will talaaq fall? (N.B. he has a history of severe waswasas in wudhu and salaah so much so that he repeats his witr about 12 times because of waswasa whether he read qunoot or not) please help! If there is any other solution it would be appreciated if you include it in the reply.

Finding a Halaal job

Q: I live in the UK and am in need of a job in order to pay off my loan. However, I cannot find a halal job despite continuously searching for one. If I don't get a job, my loan amount will keep increasing. In this circumstance, is it permissible to work in clerical or I.T. related roles for haram companies (i.e. entertainment companies, banks, etc)?
