Q: Before my marriage, my in laws seperated a section of their house for me. It is a complete seperate house, with my own kitchen etc. However, when I just got married I used to cook with my mother in law because my husband had just started working and we didn't have a fridge/freezer ect. Now it is over one year and I have everything I need, but my husband refuses to allow me to cook on my own. I have a good relationship with my mother in law الحمد الله but I feel I need my own space. He says that I'm just being difficult and since I don't have any major problems with her its un-necessary. Please advise. Is it wrong of me to want my own space?

Q: My question is regarding istinjaa and relieving oneself/washing etc. I suffer from a lot of doubts and Alhumdullilah by the will of Allah I am trying to get rid of them. I have a lot of doubt and worry however when going to the bathroom and have a couple of questions: 

1. After completely squeezing and wiping urine from my private part I use water to wash as well. sometimes when washing I see that a very tiny droplet of water has touched the hair of my thigh and i start pouring water there and on the other thigh and start to get obsessive, this is starting to affect my skin also. Is this water that touches my private part after completely impure? (this is when washing after completely squeezing all urine drops off and wiping with toilet paper)

2. After passing stool, because of my doubt I do not know if I am clean an end up looking at the tissue after wiping to see if there is any stool on it. Sometimes when looking as well I see a tiny black dot which could be thread from underwear, or hair even some skin maybe and I carry on washing and wiping wasting toilet paper and water. How many times does a person need to wash before becoming clean? 

Please advise as these doubts trouble me and I end up pouring water over the taps and jugs messing the bathroom as I think my finger touched there or some water touched my finger and this might have messed somewhere else.

Q: My husband had an affair then married without my knowledge. She eventually left him cause he refused to leave me. I am lost as I have just found out she gives him ultimatums either me or her. Q: If semen was ejaculated from its place of origin with desire but at the time of it coming out of the penis there was no desire, ghusl will be required. So for instance semen came out of its place of origin with desire, but before it could start coming out of your penis you squeezed and held your penis and thus stopped it coming out and after that you waited for your desire to subside and you let go of the squeeze upon which the sperm came out without desire, ghusl will be fard required [heavenly ornaments, page 73, point 1].

My question is what if you had an orgasm and semen was ejaculated from its place of origin and before it could come out of your penis you took forty steps, slept or urinated and after that sperm came out of your penis without desire would you still require ghusl?

Q: What is the ruling on Optional Health cover through work for both myself and family? The provider is Bupa. I would be paying a fixed cost a month around £100 a month to cover my family or £50 to cover myself only that. Please could you clarify if the above would be permissible?
