Iddat of a pregnant woman

Q: What is the duration of iddat of a woman who has been given talaaq from her husband who later discovered herself pregnant, however the pregnancy is a result of a relationship she had during her marriage. She conceived from another man before her husband gave her talaaq. Should she observe iddat for the duration of the pregnancy or only for 3 months?

Lodging a complaint against a doctor

Q: My wife died (May Allah forgive her) during the delivery of a baby. It happened because of wrong treatment and laziness of the doctor. As a muslim I know that the day of death is fixed from Allah. I am worried about cause of death. I take a decision  to lodge a complaint against doctor and hospital but I don't want her post mortam after her death, that's why I refuse to lodge a complaint. I want to ask what our religion says about lodging a complain against the doctor, when we knew it happened because of their mistak. (I belive she had to die the same day and same time). Can I pray to Allah to punish such doctors badly. The purpose of complain to court or medical board is only to save others from that doctor and even that doctor has done successful operations.

Supporting one's ex-wife

Q: As far as I know, one cannot live with ones x-wife in the same home and support her if she is an orphan and does not have brothers to take care of her? Even if you sleep in separate bedrooms and have no physical relations. Is there supporting Ayats and hadith that one may use if one wants to convince someone that this is not permissible?

Copyright

Q: Kindly provide a ruling for the following:

Zayd gives a book to publisher A for publishing and gives him the copyright. The book is printed in 4 parts, but not printed to a very good standard and quality. Zayd now wants to publish the book with much better quality. He makes changes to the book, changes the name and produces it in one volume. Can he now give the book to publisher B to have it published by the new publisher?

Playing rugby

Q: Is it permissble to play rugby? This is a contact sport in which it is very common one player's awrah to touch another player's awrah through his clothing. For example, one player's thigh touches another player's hip while he tackles him ect. Obviously both players are fully clothed with kit and it's a proper sport not some dodgy game.
