Q: What should be done with the skin of the Qurbaani animal?

Q: I would like to know where the method of devising shares in an animal for qurbani has its origins, that is one share in a sheep and seven shares in a cow, camel, etc. Is it in the Quran and Hadeeth? All my life, I have practiced this concept, but recently I met someone who is of the opinion that you cannot have 7 shares in cow, etc. Please explain?

Q: Is it permissible to Slaughter Blesbok for Qurbaani?

Q: Is it a sunnah to purchase a sheep for qurbani one year in advance? If not is there any extra reward in this?

Q: Should the animal be given water to drink before it is slaughtered? Some people bring the animal to the place of slaughter, give it water to drink and thereafter slaughter it. Is it correct to do this?

Q: When slaughtering the animal, should the animal be made to face towards the qiblah or should the person who is slaughtering face towards the qiblah?

Q: If I have sufficient money to make one qurbaani during the days of qurbaani, even though that money might not be nisaab amount, will it be waajib for me to make qurbaani?

Q: What is the ruling of reading bismillah when slaughtering? Is there any difference in the ruling if it is left out intentionally or unintentionally?

Q: Can two or three brothers share in one goat for Nafl Qurbaani? e.g. two brothers buy one goat for their deceased father for Nafl Qurbaani.

Q: If I am doing Nafl Qurbaani for the deceased can I make few intentions in that? e.g. The goat is only one but I intend that Qurbaani for my Grand Mother and Grand Father.
