Q: If a person enters into a fight because his girlfriend was harassed by his friend but was shot dead by the friend's guard in the process, can the victim be called Shaheed?

Q: Is there any authentic hadith from the books of hadith about the forty steps for each person to carry the janazah?

Q:

1. Please let me know if installing a gravestone with the name of the deceased inscribed on it for the purpose of identification is Jaiz? I am told that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) had put a gravestone on the graves of his son Ibrahim (Alayhis Salaam) and also a Sahabi Uthmaan bin Mazoon. Even today we notice gravestones in many of the graves at jannatul Baqi. 
2. Is it compulsory to reuse a grave inspite of sufficient vacant space being available in the graveyard? If required after how long can a grave be reused?

Q: The children who die while in the wombs. Is it necessary to bury them in the qabrastan or anywhere else (for example; garden, backyard etc)?

Q: Is it allowed for the woman to visit the Rawdha (grave) of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)?

Q: Do we have any authentic reference concerning the hair of the woman should be divided into two parts and put on top of the qamees? Whereas in Bukhari and Muslim Shareef (in the waqeea of Umme Atiyyah) it is mentioned that the hair was divided into three parts.

Q:

1. Is there anything mention like that: “To participate in a janazah where the mayyit is a loved one, a pious person or a neighbor is better than the Nafl prayer.”
2. How is that if announcement of someone’s death is made in the loud speaker where azan is normally given?
3. Please give me the reference of this hadice, that the kaaba is the qiblah for the living and the dead (something to this effect)?
4. Can the camphor oil be used instead of the camphor powder to rub on the sajdah places of the mayyit?
5. Is it Sunnah to make khilal of the mayyit’s fingers, feets , beard, ears, nape etc same as it is Sunnah for the livings?

Q:

1. Can we allow the non muslim to participate in the funeral rites of a muslim?
2. Is it Mustahab to place a green twig on the graves?
3. Is there permissibility to plant on the graves?
4. A pregnant woman dies and it is not known whether the child in the womb is alive or not. What should be done in this case?
5. Is the qamees of a male similar to the female? Is the hair of a female divided into two parts and place on the qamees?

Q: Will itr be applied on the hair of a deceased woman or girl just like how itr will be applied for a deceased male?

Q: Some people only read the janazah prayer in the sehen of the masjid, will they get the reward of one qirat even though they did not follow the janazah?
