Q: Is it sunnah to hold the glass with both hands while drinking water. What is the sunnah practice?

Q: Is it true that:

1. One should do israaf while spending on guests as there won't be any hisaab for whatever you spend on guests?

2. Guests bring barakah and take away all the difficulties, worries and diseases from your home?

Q: Whenever I'm close to my period, my body begins to crave washing powder. Is it permissible to eat?

Q: The Quraan states that all underwater creatures are Halaal for Muslims. But, some Moulanas say that shark, crab and octopus are excluded. Is this correct or can we Muslims freely consume all underwater creatures?

Q: Can we consume zebra meat?

Q: What is the ruling on buying from open buffet restaurants, where the customer pays a set amount and eats an unknown amount of food that is not known to the buyer or the purchaser, rather he may eat until he is full?

Q: Can I give away multivitamin tablets that are not halal to a non-Muslim. I received them for free.

1. Must food be covered while it is being carried to the dastarkhan from the kitchen (for the meal)?

2. Must the uneaten food be covered while it is being carried from the dastarkhan to the kitchen (after meals)?

3. If so, what is the Shar`ee status of this practise?

Q: Is it permissible to eat prasaad and birthday cake or sweets offered that is offered to me. If I can't avoid it then how could i amend or compensate for this.
