The attributes of Allah Ta'ala

Q: I read this somewhere:

Also, As-Suddi said, "When a man would come to the two angels they would advise him, `Do not fall into disbelief. We are a test.' When the man would ignore their advice, they would say, `Go to that pile of ashes and urinate on it.' When he would urinate on the ashes, a light, meaning the light of faith, would depart from him and would shine until it entered heaven. Then something black that appeared to be smoke would descend and enter his ears and the rest of his body, and this is Allah's anger. Isn’t Allah’s Anger His Attribute alone so how would it enter a human being?

Attending Hindu festivals

Q: In India there are many festivals of false gods. Everywhere people celebrate it. In the IT Company that I work in people also celebrate these festivals. The company makes one entertainment program in which they say to the employees to come the next day with constumes. Then they worship false gods and dance in that program.

Many Muslim people, mostly girls, get involved in that. They wear clothes like the non Muslims. I tell them not to get involved in that, they tell "we are just going to have fun. We are not going to worship any false gods." Are they doing shirk?

Using computer software codes that have Greek names

Q: I'm a computer scientist and in my learning and use, there are often libraries of codes which are very popular and heavily used. They often contain a lot of math or pre built software. The problem is that the library sometimes might have a haram name like jupyter, greek mythology names much like the names of several planets. What should a Muslim to do in this situation?
