Q: Some members in our relatives give food in the name of others (instead of Allah). They tell that the reward of this charity goes to a particular person soul, also some say that we can give food, clothes etc... in the name of prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). Is it really true? Some give food after a death of a man (within 3 days and 40 days), some read Quran for their souls to be rewarded, is all of these are permissible? Could you please explain me.

Q: In America there are a lot of people that are converting to Islam. Sometimes I get the doubt that some of them are just acting like they converted but they are actually munafiq like there were munafiqeen in the time of the Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). Is it wrong to doubt the iman of a Muslim if he is a Muslim zaahiran?

Q: I have heard from other movements (like jamathe islami and salafi) that Fazaile Amaal which is read and followed mostly by tabhleegi jamaat contains some errors which is due to fault in transmission of information from ancestors is it true mufti Saab?

Q: If a person says in a conversation about someone else that "was he the relative of Allah" or "Allah was not sleeping" but he did not mean to say it but by mistake he uttered these words without believing it by heart. Will his nikah and Iman distroyed? Means whether she has to do tajdeed e iman or tajdeed e nikah or only tobah is enough?

Q: I would like to know more on Aqeedah (Beliefs). I would be very grateful to you if you could please send me in detail a copy of the basic beliefs regarding Allah, Prophets and Angels etc. that a Muslim must have to enter Jannah.

Q: How should one become a respectful student (Student of 'Ilm) and earn the love of one's Ustaaadh?

Q: Is it permissible to seek knowledge about Deen on the internet and have it verified by a scholar of Deen via WhatsApp or email? I'm in contact with shia and salafi scholars, each one of them says the others Hadeeths are weak and not to be trusted. However I do my own research but I don't know amongst the two who is correct. I listen to many of Mufti Menk lectures and Dr Naik and I learn a lot from them alhudulillah but I still do my research on internet. Because I don't know the scholars around here are maybe misguided. Please advise me. 

Q: My mother has all these haraam romance and fiction novels. To get rid of them, my mother is donating them to the SPCA. The SPCA collects such books and then sells them as a means of fundraising. Is it permissible for her to give such haraam novels to the SPCA?

Q: What is the status of Aayatul Kareema Khatams? The Aayatul Kareema zikr is recited many thousands of times at these khatams. Sometimes a hall is hired for these khatams and invitations are sent out encouraging women to attend. I have faith in zikr, but are these khatams established from the Sunnah?

Q: I would like to ask if it is okay to follow Imam Abu Hanifa in some aspects and Imam Shafi'ee in some aspect also? Or should we follow the rulings of just one Imam?
