Q:
1. Does (mistakenly) reciting the tashahhud (partially or fully) in ruku', rising from ruku', prostration, or sitting in between the prostrations, necessitate sajdatus-sahw?
2. Is there a difference of opinion about whether the above necessitates sajdatus-sahw, or doesn't?

Q: If a person repeats a few aayat of Surah Faatiha, will he have to make sajdah sahw? What if he did that to improve the tajweed, meaning that first he read the aayat without the right tajweed hundred percent so he repeated the aayat.
