Jamaat Salaah and Imaamat

س: لو شك المأموم في الركعة الثانية أنه قرأ الفاتحة في الركعة الاولي ام لا,ماذا يفعل؟

Q: I joined salaah jamaat at 5:17. Jamaat starts 5:15 at the end I didnt know much rakaats I read but because I joined at that time I regarded it as 4 rakaats. Is salaah valid?

Q: If a person does not go to a Musjid, and performs Salaah at home with his wife behind him, would he be absolved of the Wajib of Jamaat Salaah?

Q: If one wants to pray a Fardh Salah in Jamaat, can one join a person who is praying a Sunnah Salah? What if one joins a person who is praying a Sunnah salah, but you mistakenly assumed that he is praying a Fardh?

Q: What would the masala be regarding salaah read in jamaat in the home where the Imam begins reading salaah with non mahram females as muqtadi's?

Q: When reading salaah behind an imam, what does one read in the standing position (does the person following read surah fatiha and a surah)?

Q: In the massajid in Makkah and Madinah, there are no sahen areas. The second jamaah is performed in the musjid area. Should we join such a jamaah if we have missed the first jamaah?

Q: When should the muqtadi start to change posture in salat (e.g. from qiyam to sajdah): should he start moving immediately when the imam starts saying "Allahu akbar" or should he wait until the imam has completed saying the whole phrase "Allahu akbar"? Or should he, if he can see the imam, wait until the imam has totally completed his change of posture.

Q: If the Imaam breaks his wudhu during leading prayer, I know he can appoint another to be imaam, but is it also aloud that the jamaat does continue each individually their salaah ? Also, if the imaam is just leading 1 person, what is the situation then?

Q: What is the masaalah in regards to making Iqtidaa of a jamaat which is situated in a building disconnected by a distance of about 50 meters or so? ( a separate building) for eg.. a female jamaat making iqtidaa of the main jamaat in another building etc... on this point if Mufti Saheb could please discuss the situation in the haram when salaah is performed on the roads in saffs which are disconnected.
