Zakaat ke masaail

Q: Mere paas total 135000 savings he. Woh mene kisi ko qarza diya he. Woh bhi lambi mudat ke liye. Iske alaawa mere paas kuch bhi cash nahi he. Ab me us raqam ki zakat kaise nikaalo?

Q: Can you please advise me on the following:

My father had passed away and had made a Wassiyat in his will that we the heirs should discharge 1/3 of the Estate towards settling his religious liabilities.

Question: Must this money only go to the poor; or can we give it to students studying at a Maktab (who qualify as Zakaat recipients); or towards a Masjid for renovations and maintenance; or towards any Islamic relief effort; or where / what must this type of funds (Wassiyat) be used for?

Q: Kia me zakaat masjid me wazoo khana bananay ke liye de sakta hoon?

س: مہاراشٹر میں ایک مشہور شخصیت کی خانقاہ ہے اور مدرسہ بہی جس کا چندہ ہوتا ہے اور صفیر کو اس چندے کا ۱۵ فیصد ادا کیا جاتا ہے۔ مجھے معلوم یہ کرنا ہے کہ کیا یہ رقم صفیر کے لیے جایز ہے ؟ جبکہ صفیر کو تنخواہ الگ سے دی جاتی ہے۔ 

Q: Main nay apni beti ka jahaiz ki niat say gold lay kar rakh lia hai kia us par zakat hogi?

Q:

1) Kia main apne nokar ko, jise hum salary bhi dete hain use zakat de sakti hon?

2) Kia main apni khala jise ke shohar berozgar hain ko zakat de sakti hon?

3) Maine sunna he ke apne shohar jo ke berozgar he ko bhi zakaat de sakte he. Kia ye baat durust hai?

Q: Kiya zakaat ek saal hone se pehle kisi zaroormand ko di ja sakti he? Ye zakaat gold ki moujooda qeemat par ya ek saal baad wali qeemat per di jaye gi?

Q: Mujhe divorce huwi he aur humare aik 7 saal ki beti he. Is ko dene ki niyat se jo gold ki jewellery rakhi he us par zakaat ho gi ke nahi?

Q: Meri chachi ke paas kuch raqam he jo ke un ko un ke ammi abu ki taraf se mili he and so basically mere chachu ka us par haq nahi and chachu is poor, so confirm yeh karna tha ke can we give the sadaqa amount to him or not.
