Q: Janab mangeetar ne apni sosral walo se jagrra howa bad ma mangeetar k behan ni call k ow samjani ki koshish kerte te to mangeetar ni is alfazo ma apne behan no kaha ki ma onko talaq,talaq,talaq deta ho )) behan ki ilawa kese ko pata nahii ki mangeetar ne istrah alafaz bol dye hain ..ab dono family ki baij solah Hagye hain to rehnomaye kare talaq hogaye gain ya nahi? agar hain to dobara kistrah nikah kiya jain khamoshi se ki batt sharghee towar pe teek ho our kese ko pata b na chalee ke keya howa ta.

A: Agar rukhsati se pehle usne talaaq, talaaq, talaaq kaha ho to pehli talaaq waqi hogayi aur ye talaaq talaaq-e-baain shumaar hogi. Doosri do talaaq shumaar nahi honge. Agar mia biwi dowbara milna chahte to naya nikaah ke ba'd downo mil sakte he.
