Writing assignments and lab reports

Q: I do freelance work in which I do data entry and academic writing like assignments and lab reports. Is this type of occupation halaal or not?

A: If the work that you are employed for is of a permissible nature and there is nothing impermissible associated with it, then your earnings are halaal.
