Wearing a scented ihraam

Q: If one wishes to wear a clean ihram while in the state of ihram, is the new ihram permitted to have a scent like a normal soap scent? Can one prepare ones second ihram with perfume?

A: If the ihraam was scented and you put it on before entering into the state of ihraam then it is permissible. After coming into the state of ihraam you cannot wear another cloth that has been scented or perfumed.
