Husband having an affair with a boy
Q: A married woman who is a mother of a 7 year old child is unhappy with her husband having an extra marital affair with a boy. They term it as a good friends relationship having "pure love" for each other without any physical relationship. Is such friendship or relationship permissible in Islam?
A: It is haraam. There are 3 conditions for acceptance in any matter.
1. The intention must be right.
2. The act must also be right.
3. It must conform to the sunnat.
In your situation, the act is totally wrong, against the teaching of the Quraan and hadeeth. Just saying that the hearts are clean and intentions are right does not make a haraam act permissible.

وَلُوطًا إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ أَتَأْتُونَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مَا سَبَقَكُمْ بِهَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنَ الْعَالَمِينَ. إِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ شَهْوَةً مِنْ دُونِ النِّسَاءِ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ مُسْرِفُونَ (الأعراف: ٨٠)
