Wedding ring for a man

Q: I would like to know what is the amount of jewellery a man is allowed to wear on a wedding ring.

A: Men are only allowed to wear silver rings. If a man wears a silver ring, he should wear it on the small finger and the silver content should not exceed one mithqaal (4.374 grams). Apart from the small finger, he should not wear the ring on any other finger. Similarly, men are only allowed to wear one ring. Besides silver rings, men are not allowed to wear any gold or silver jewellery.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
