Misyar nikaah

Q: There is a personality online that is promoting something called "misyar nikaah". The individual calls it "No strings Nikaah". A lot of young Muslim men seem to be supporting this. What is this? Is it considered permissible?

A: This person is a jaahil. He has not understood the sanctity and the essence of nikaah. The Quraan Shareef says that the rasuls of the past had wives and children. The hadeeth says that marry women who will give you children and are very loving and caring. Another hadeeth says that the best gift in this life is a pious good woman who obeys the husband and takes care of his property in his presence and absence. There are many muslims by name, but they are either totally ignorant of Islam or their talks are bordering with disbelief or with total corruption and ignorance.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
