Answering the questions in the grave incorrectly

Q: After your death, the 3 questions you get asked in the grave, what happens if you answer them incorrectly?

A: In that state, one cannot make a mistake, rather whatever is in one's heart will come out. If one has right in one's heart, then the right answers will come out and if one has wrong in his heart, then the wrong answers will come out. Hence, one should be more concerned about leading a righteous life and correcting oneself so that at that time the right answers will come out.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
