Performing hajj and tawaaf with impurity on one's ihraam and clothes

Q: In the days of hajj days, 8, 9, 10 Zul Hijjah, if there is impurity/najasat (urine drops and semen) on the ihraam but the body is clean with valid wudhu, and later while performing tawaf e ziyarat there is impurity/najasat (urine drops and semen) on the clothes, but the body is clean with valid wudhu, will the hajj be valid or not?

A: The hajj will be valid, however if the impurity is more than the circumference of the palm, then all the salaahs performed wearing this ihraam towel will not be valid and will have to be repeated. As for the tawaafs performed with such a cloth that has this impurity on it, then the tawaafs will be valid, though it is makrooh for one to perform tawaaf in this state. Nevertheless, one will not have to give any damm, but one should make taubah for this.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
