Q: I would like to know if it's permissible for a woman who's in the state of haidh to read Surah Ikhlaas 75000 times as esaale thawaab.
A: No, it is not permissible. She rather read kalimah tayyibah 70 000 times and thereafter convey the reward to the deceased. It is hoped that through reciting kalimah tayyibah 70 000 times and thereafter conveying the reward to the deceased, the deceased will be forgiven by Allah Ta'ala.
