Q: Is it permissible for me to have a sexual relationship with a woman who is divorced and has kids? I am taking care of her financial needs completely on a monthly bases but she is not in my nikaah.
A: Having sexual relations with her when she is not in your nikaah is committing zina with her. Zina is haraam and earns the wrath of Allah Ta'ala. In the Quraan Majeed, Allah Ta'ala says, "Do not go close to zina, it is a shameful (immoral) deed and an evil path (to tread on). How can zina ever be permissible! The hadith has strictly prohibited being in seclusion with a non mahram woman. The hadith says that when a non mahram man and woman are in seclusion, the third present is shaitaan. You should immediately move away from this woman, and if you wish to assist her financially, then get one of your family women to interact with her. If you want to marry her, then you should make it known to your family that you are marrying her.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
