Q: If somebody told his wife "If you don't listen to me or will not listen to me then talaaq" two times in away when he said to her first time she couldn't hear him because she is deaf and didn't wear hearing aids but she did hear him when he repeat the words again. Just in case if she didn't hear him, will one or two talaaqs take place? My questions is how can she act upon the warning if she couldn't hear when he said it first time?
A: If she disobeyed him after understanding what he said, then two talaaqs will take effect.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Q: If I give her permission for what we were arguing, would it affect my Nikah?
A: You can give her permission, it will not affect your nikaah.

Q: I put the condition by saying to my wife for not doing a job and said "if you don't listen to me then divorce" after that she did listen to me and didn't do the job. Now I realised that I would give her a little permission for doing part time job.
A: If you had suspended the talaaq on her working, then if she works one revocable talaaq will take effect (even though you gave her permission later on to work). If you had not issued any talaaq prior to this you can revoke the talaaq as long as your wife is in the iddat.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
