Buying halaal meat from an outlet that sells haraam meat in the same fridge

Q: If you have halaal meat in the same fridge as non halaal meat in a shop. Is it against your religion or belief to buy it or can it be in the same fridge as long as it has not been opened and touched once sealed and certified halaal?

A: It is not permissible to sell haraam meat, whether to non Muslims or Muslims. A Muslim should not buy meat from an outlet which sells both haraam and halaal meat as there is fear of contamination.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
