Q: My family and I denied many good proposals in the past. Now I am regretting it so much. Now I am not getting any good proposals. I often think and worry whether it was because of my own wrong decision that I didn't get those good proposal whom I denied by making a wrong decision or I didn't get them because it was Allah's decision. Please clarify.
A: Whatever has taken place was written in taqdeer and you should not grieve over it. You should think that Allah Ta'ala did not allow it to take place as it was not good for you. However, you should continue making dua and begging Allah Ta'ala to bless you with a pious and suitable spouse who will be good for you in your deen and dunya.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
