Building a health and fitness platform for trainers

Q: If I build a platform regarding health and fitness where trainers and coaches can build communities and teach them.

So if they expose their aurah showing workout methods, will I get sin for this though I've cleared it in the terms of services of my website?

A: If it entails people who will expose their aurah then you are party to the sin. You will be sinful and bear the brunt of the sin of the viewers.
