Q: I sometime have brown discharge after one or two weeks of my menses which is some time accompanied by slight pain. Am I pure? Can I pray salah and fast?
A: If the brown discharge is seen out of the period of haidh, then it will not be regarded as haidh, but rather it will be regarded as istihaadhah.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
