Wife remembering her husband saying talaaq as a joke

Q: Does talaq take place if the wife remembers the husband saying talaq as a joke but the husband genuinely does not remember at all? It happened a few months ago when both didn’t have much knowledge about it.

A: If she clearly remembers the talaaq then she should consider one talaaq to have taken place. 

However, if she and her husband continued living together as husband and wife then the talaaq which the husband had issued in jest was revoked. Hence, they both are still married.
