Q: Is marriage of a Sunni (Deobandi) girl valid to a Shia boy?
A: Shias regard the Qur’aan Majeed to be distorted and attribute false allegations to the Azwaaj-e-Mutahharaat (the pure wives of Rasulullah [sallallahu alaihi wasallam]). They revile the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu anhum) and believe that the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu anhum) had turned apostate after the demise of Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) (Al-Iyaazubillah). They believe in prostitution being permissible. People who have these beliefs are kaafir.
Hence, it is not permissible for a sunni girl to get married to a shia boy. If they get married, then the nikaah will not be valid and they will be perpetually living in zina.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
