Making dua for Allah to severely punish those rulers who oppress the Muslims

Q: Is it wrong to make Dua for Allah to severely punish in the aakhirah those rulers who oppress the Muslims? 

A: It is permissible.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
