Is describing someone's facial features regarded as picture-making?

Q: Is describing someone's facial features or beauty haraam and comes under prohibition of image making of living beings? I don't mean drawing them. Just describing them like "his eyes were like almonds and his nose was slim", does it also come under image making.

A: This is not regarded as picture-making.
