Working with grease and performing salaah

Q: I am a mechanic and work with grease. Often the grease gets stuck to my hands and cannot be removed by any means and only comes out after many hours. How should I perform wudhu and perform salaah?

A: The simple thing is that when you have to work with grease then put on gloves. Otherwise, how do you perform your jumuah salaah?
