Touching the blank areas of the pages in the Amma Para without wudhu

Q: Is it permissible to touch the blank areas of the pages in the Amma Para without wudhu?

A: Without wudhu it is not permissible for one to touch the entire page (the area where the aayaat are written and the area where the aayaat are not written).

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
