Taking the name of Allah Ta'ala in a bathroom

Q: In a bathroom that consists of a shower and sink as well as a toilet, which area will be regarded as a toilet in shariah? 

Would it be permissible to take the name of Allah in the sink area and at what point should one enter with the left foot?

A: If the sink is away from the toilet, it is permissible to take the name of Allah Ta‘ala at the sink. 

When one enters the bathroom, one should enter with the left foot.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
